Offer Agreement

This Offer Agreement (the “Agreement”) is an official public offer by heleum.studio (the “Provider”) to enter into an agreement for the provision of services on the terms set out below. Ordering services through the site or submitting a request constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of the terms of this Agreement.

1. Subject of the agreement

The Provider delivers services in search engine optimization (SEO), GEO optimization, content writing, and web development, and the Client accepts and pays for these services. The specific list, scope, and timeline of work are defined individually and recorded in a separate agreement, invoice, or proposal before work begins.

2. Rights and obligations of the parties

The Provider agrees to:

  • deliver services to a high standard and within the agreed timelines;
  • keep the Client informed of progress and provide reports;
  • maintain the confidentiality of the access and data provided.

The Client agrees to:

  • provide the information and access needed to carry out the work;
  • pay for services on time and on the agreed terms;
  • review and approve interim results within reasonable timeframes.

3. Cost of services and payment

The cost of services is determined individually based on the scope and complexity of the work and is recorded in an invoice or agreement. Payment is made on a prepayment basis or on an agreed schedule. All prices are exclusive of any third-party costs (hosting, tools, link placements), which are agreed separately.

4. Liability of the parties

The Provider applies professional effort to achieve a result but does not guarantee specific positions in search results, since rankings depend on search engine algorithms that are outside the Provider’s control. The Provider guarantees the diligent completion of the agreed scope of work. Neither party is liable for failure to meet obligations due to force majeure.

5. Confidentiality

The parties agree not to disclose confidential information obtained during the course of the work, and to use the access provided solely for performing the work under this Agreement.
